Hello! I'm Erica Pastore, the founder of Erica Marie Fitness.
My personal fitness journey has evolved significantly over time, shaping the person I am today. Through it all, I've found my niche in the industry as someone who values health and personal growth above all else in coaching. There's no relationship more vital than the one you have with yourself. The care, time, and respect you invest in your mind and body are reciprocated by the world. Guiding women to recognize this inner strength will forever be my motivation. -
I'm deeply passionate about empowering women to overcome mental and physical challenges, helping them become the best version of themselves that they've always aspired to be but perhaps struggled to reach independently. My coaching focuses on unveiling the inherent power in honoring your body with love-centered routines, steering clear of short-lived diet trends and extreme plans. I believe in sustainable, long-term results rather than quick fixes and deprivation.

My Story

2020
I hated how I FELT. From the moment I woke up, all I thought about was food and exercise. I isolated myself because I was embarrassed of the weight I had put on while studying abroad. I felt so lonely because I made myself miss social events to hide myself and not be tempted with food and alcohol. I hated that I allowed myself to get to that point. And yet, no matter how little I ate and however much cardio I did, I still hated what I saw in the mirror.

2022
I had to go all in on healing my relationship with food and myself first. I had get comfortable being uncomfortable, putting the external gratification aside and focusing on fueling my body…which at first affected me mentally. BUT I needed that to let go of putting all my worth on my body. Then I was able to rebuild from a place of love.

2024
I had to let go of the restriction and all or nothing approach to EARN where I am now. And today? I finally feel complete freedom and confidence in myself and my body. If you feel the same way I did just a few short years ago, just know i was in your shoes. And we’re in this together.
